1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ClientDock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
ClientDock is a client portal platform that allows freelancers and agencies to share files, links, and updates with their clients via a unique shareable URL. The service is currently in early alpha and is actively being developed.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with others.
4. Acceptable use
You may use ClientDock only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or portals without permission
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in any way
5. Content ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to ClientDock. By uploading content, you grant ClientDock a limited licence to store and serve that content as part of delivering the service to you and your clients.
6. Pricing & billing
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. During early alpha, payment processing is not yet available — plan upgrades are handled manually. Pricing for early alpha users is locked in and will not increase when billing launches.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during the alpha period. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime or data loss. We strongly recommend keeping copies of important files outside of ClientDock.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@clientdock.pro. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
